Norwich City have marked Hull City winger Robbie Brady for an a charge accepted to be £7m.
The 23-year-old, who joined Hull from Manchester United in 2013, has marked a three-year-manage the Canaries.
Republic of Ireland universal Brady showed up for the Tigers, who were consigned from the Premier alliance last season.
"He's dynamic, he's got great vitality and he's got a phenomenal left foot," Norwich administrator Alex Neil said.
"He'll be a totally impeccable fit for us. Ideally he can go on and show everything that we believe he's prepared to do."
Brady, topped 14 times by his nation, played 43 times in the Premier League in the last two seasons.
Norwich, who were advanced in the wake of winning May's Championship play-off last, start their Premier League battle at home to Crystal Palace on 8 August.
