No less than six individuals have been apparently snatched by the Boko Haram group in a snare that left 4 individuals dead and 3 harmed, authorities of the non military personnel JTF, said.
Boko Haram terrorists had yesterday, laid trap on explorers on a calm thruway in the edges of Nwajurko town in Damboa neighborhood government territory of Borno State.
Witnesses said the faction opened flame on business vehicles who unknowingly crashed into their trap.
"As per one of the casualties who got away from, the Boko Haram terrorists at first trapped a Volkswagen Golf traveler auto passing on five persons setting out from Damboa to Biu town, a travel separation of around 100kilometer. One individual was shot dead and three persons got away with slug wounds, while two why should not able departure were taken away by the insurgents,"said Malam Ali Biu.
"When we activated and got to the spot where the trap assault was completed, we were astounded to meet four bodies, of which we later learnt from a neighborhood rancher who saw the occurrences while covering up in the brambles, that the terrorists later came back to snare another vehicle, a smaller than usual transport, and shot dead three persons while different travelers were constrained away. So we accept more than five persons may have been taken away by the guerillas since the little transport portrayed by the agriculturist dependably passes on 12 travelers.
A healing facility source at the Biu General Hospital, found 125kilometer far from Maiduguri affirmed that "3 individuals were conveyed to the clinic with genuine wounds maintained from weapon shots."
