Eva Carneiro (pictured, left, being berated by Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho after the incident) is set to be banished from the Blues dugout after being accused of potentially costing the team a late goal in their clash with Swansea on Saturday. Mourinho hit out at his medical team for going on to the pitch to treat midfielder Eden Hazard which, according to FA rules, meant the player had to come off the field temporarily in the crucial last minutes of the match. Carneiro (also pictured, right) later took to Facebook (inset) to thank fans for their support after the criticism, saying it was 'really very much appreciated.'
