The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at its meeting today altogether considered various imperative issues relating to the situation in our country.
The NWC conveys to the consideration of President Muhammadu Buhari to some irritating improvement in the nation which, if not stopped from developing in any way, may essentially influence our vote based system and dependability as a country adversely, and that is the developing and outlandish interruption of some over-fanatical security agents on issues bordering simply on legislative issues.

Correspondingly, we ask Mr. President to examine the issue of the arrangement of Mrs. Amina Zakari as Acting Chairman of INEC for which our gathering has severally raised some notable issues why she is not suitable for that position. It is undeniable that Mrs. Zakari by uprightness of her blood association with Mr. President can't direct the issues of an Independent National Electoral Commission.
Nigeria has a place with every one of us independent of political, religious and ethnic alliance and as a mindful political gathering we should not overlay our hands and watch while our country float along perilous line.
Besides, the NWC recognizes and salutes the PDP assemblies in the Senate and the House of Representatives on the smooth rise of the Minority authority in the National Assembly. We take note of that the procedure was with no obstructions at all from the administration of our extraordinary gathering in keeping with the manages of the freedom of the lawmaking body.
At long last, the NWC pondered on the condition of the gathering in Ekiti State and determined that it just perceives the state Exco drove by Chief Idowu Faleye. The NWC however summons every single discriminating partner in the gathering organization in Ekiti State to a meeting with the national authority on the issues in the state section.
